So I was doing some research on ways to reduce cramping because the anti-inflammatory I usually take just isn’t doing squat today. So here’s #13. Let’s just say that I had a HUGE belly laugh, a momentary thought of how good that sounds, laughed again and then went on to read #14. Honestly, she doesn’t even look too happy, does she?!? 🙂 As a matter of fact, I bet her cramps are even worse!
